Dr. Tswj Hue Xiong

My vision for Xiong United is to implement a few key goals as a roadmap for the Xiong clan. The first goal for Xiong United is to standardize the Xiong leadership system across all states, adopting a unified leadership principle. The second goal for Xiong United is to reach out to all Xiong clan leaders and families to collaborate with Xiong United and understand the value of care, respect, integration, support, and sharing a vision. The final goal for Xiong United is to shift the Hmong stigma related to daughters returning to their parents’ home after they divorce their husbands. Our Hmong culture has negatively viewed divorced women in general with the belief that they will jinx their family upon their return to their parents’ home (This will explain more on the vision statement). Therefore, if I were selected as the President of Xiong United, I would accomplish these three goals over the next four years. I urge you to cast your vote and join us in making these vital changes a reality for the future of the Xiong Clans.

Election Date:
Vote: Saturday, November 8, 2025; Time: 10:00 Am-6:00 PM (Local Time).

Attorney Kou T. Xiong

Aligned with the vision and mission of Xiong United, Inc., I am committed to strengthening family values, fostering unity and leadership, and preserving our Hmong culture, language, and identity. I believe true strength in unity is built on sustainable trust, open and sincere communication, and a good faith commitment to lifelong learning.

If elected President of Xiong United, Inc. for the 2026–2029 term, I will work tirelessly to ensure that our families continue to honor and uphold our cherished culture and traditions. Together, we will make history by hosting the largest Xiong gathering to date. It will be a 2 to 3 day convention bringing together members of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. This event will celebrate our shared heritage and create a powerful space for teaching, inspiring, empowering, learning, and building leadership and community across generations.

With unity as our foundation and through a leadership academy, I believe we can leave a legacy of strength and pride into the future for our Xiong families.
